Shipping

We do our utmost to keep shipping charges to a minimum and do not make any profit on postage. However, please note that pottery is heavy and/or fragile, so we can only go so low on shipping costs to ensure the gift you choose arrives to you safely. If you have any queries on your specific shipping charge, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Republic of Ireland:

  • Shipping in the Republic of Ireland is FREE on all orders over €100.

  • We also offer tracked and untracked shipping.

    • Tracked is highly recommended as it allows you to keep tabs on where your order is and makes it easier to follow up on any issues that may arise on shipping. Tracked shipping costs:

      • €12 for large goods e.g. frames.​

      • €10 for medium goods e.g. mugs, vases.

      • €8 for small goods e.g. jewellery, magnets.

    • Untracked is less expensive, but doesn't allow you or us to know where your order is. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any issues that arise if you choose this option, but we will try our best to help should something happen. Untracked shipping costs:

      • €8 for large goods e.g. frames.​

      • €6 for medium goods e.g. mugs, vases.

      • €2 for small goods e.g. jewellery, magnets. ​​

  • The total shipping cost caps at the highest rate of what's in your order e.g. you order 2 mugs and a magnet, the total cost of shipping will only be €10 for tracked or €6 for untracked.

  • Also note that if the cost of delivery is lower than stated at checkout, we will refund you the difference!

Northern Ireland:

  • Please see above, as delivery rates are the same in the North as they are for the South.

All orders are shipped out the Monday after you place your order, and will arrive within a week, depending on postal delays.

Click and Collect:

  • Click and collect is now available again. If you are local or will be passing through Glenties, you can use this free option for collecting your order. Simply choose the Click and Collect shipping option at checkout and wait for the "ready for collection" email. Once you receive this email, you can collect your order from the black Click and Collect box at the back door of the stated address anytime between 9am and 9pm, Monday - Sunday. Just look for the parcel with your name on it! The address for this option is Station Road, Glenties, Co. Donegal, F94 HX50. Most orders will be ready for collection the day of purchase or the day after.

Returns and Exchanges

We describe each item of pottery carefully, so please read descriptions for dimensions, usage and care instructions, etc. (where applicable). We make all pottery by hand in small batches so slight variations in dimensions and glaze finishes are characteristic of the process. Please check you are happy with the dimensions in the listing before placing your order.

We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied then please contact us and we will do our very best to rectify any issues.

Returns

You must inform us within 8 working days of receiving your products for a full refund of the product price. (Postage costs are not refunded.) Please return the item(s) as sold in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item. Please note that the return delivery costs must be paid by the customer. If any item is returned in a non-resalable condition (if it gets broken on its return journey) a refund can’t be issued so please ensure it is packaged very carefully.

Please note that all Seconds, Sales and Personalised items are considered final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Breakages

If an item arrives damaged, please email a photograph of the broken piece, along with a picture of the box it arrived in, within 2 days of delivery and we will be happy to send you a replacement. If the item is faulty please contact us with full details and I will be happy to send you a replacement. All items broken or damaged during shipping/delivery will be replaced at no additional costs to you. If for any reason we are unable to replace the item then we will be happy to offer an alternative piece to the same value or a full refund.
